TOP, BASE GEL
The base and top for gel polish are special tools for carrying out the procedure for covering nails with gel polish, as well as for gel and acrylic modeling. The base provides a hitch of the polymeric material with the nail plate, and the top is applied at the finishing stage to secure the coating and give the design extra shine.
